Please ensure that you write your order number on the returns form which is emailed to on request of a return. Without this we will not know who has returned the item and it cannot be processed. Your completed returns form must then be affixed to the front of the parcel of the goods to the address provided.

We would suggest that you keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. Custom and made to order gear (including furniture and rubber) and intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us.

Faulty items are dealt with individually and you will usually be entitled to refund of your returns postage. Goods are guaranteed for 7 days against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected and agreed by the Twisted Pig Store as faulty. In certain circumstances it may be necessary to send the item to the manufacturer, before we can accept them as faulty.

Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a repair, replacement, exchange or refund. Custom and made to order latex and furniture are custom made to the order and cannot be returned unless faulty. ALL requests for refunds are subject to our assessment of the returned item and can be met with a credit note or cash refund at the sole discretion of  our company. Cash Refunds may take up to 30 days to settle back to your account
